Cancellation Policy

General information

All booking requests submitted via the app can be withdrawn or cancelled without any occurring costs within an 48 hour time frame after the request has been made. An exception is if you want to cancel a gathering for which you did not book a room through ILMAZU (see 'Cancelling a gathering without a room booking' below).

Please note, that this also accounts to the space owner, who also may cancel your request within this timeframe (48 hours).

Cancelling a gathering listed in the app that you booked a room for

After a gathering has been listed in the app (you and the space owner did not cancel the request) you may still cancel your booking anytime via mail to bookings@ilmazu.com, please note, that the following cancellation fees will be withdrawn from your prepayment:

• Cancellation fee for a room booking refund: 8,95 EUR
• Cancellation fee for tickets sold: 0,50 EUR per ticket

Please note, that the latter fees apply for tickets sold only.

The ticket price will be fully refunded to the owner of the ticket.

Cancelling a Lab booking

Currently you may cancel the booking of a photo studio or recording studio free of any charges via mail to bookings@ilmazu.com within 48 hours after the request has been made.

Please note, that for cancellations after this timeframe, our cancellation fee of 8,95 EUR will be deducted from your prepayment.

Cancelling a gathering without a room booking

Currently you may cancel a gathering in a room not booked via the ILMAZU app anytime via mail to bookings@ilmazu.com.

Gatherings that you did not book a room for will be listed immediately in the app.

Please note, that, if tickets were sold for your gathering, the ticket price will be fully refunded to the owner of the ticket.

After a gathering has been listed in the app, in this case immediately after completing the booking flow, you may still cancel your gathering anytime via mail to bookings@ilmazu.com, please note, that the following cancellation fees will be charged to you, in case they occur:

• Cancellation fee for tickets sold: 0,50 EUR per ticket
